Union Los Angeles has been Team Jumpman’s go-to partner over the last several years. Before the Christmas season, the group lead by Chris Gibbs has been connected to a “White” and “Neutral Grey” Air Jordan 1 KO Low.
The new shoes will allegedly have a two-tone canvas upper, with the most striking distinction appearing in the shape of Union’s “University Gold” branding on the lateral profile, a radical departure from the 2018 Air Jordan 1 pair. It is anticipated that “Nike Air” emblems would also adorn the tongue, while the rest of the shoe will have a clean greyscale finish that may allude to the original “Natural Grey” (not “Neutral Grey”) colorway that adorned the first Air Jordan in 1985. As was the case with the “Passport” Dunks from earlier in the year, Gibbs and his crew may have extra features “behind the hood,” but it remains to be seen.

In related sneaker news, the Air Jordan 11 “Cherry” is scheduled for a December release.
