Safari Pattern Nike Stings Appear on Less “Chlorophyll”

The Nike Dunk Lo dominates wish-lists everywhere, and it has shown no signs of changing course.

More recently, the late Peter Moore’s 37-year-old design emerged with suede “chlorophyll” panels, comparing it to the beloved Air Max 1 (2006) covering in the same color. And while the rich green color makes the latest low-top Nike dunk an attractive offering, the safari print-laden profile swoosh can be a deterrent. The design choices are another example of an Oregon-based company using dimple finishes made in 1987 by Tinker Hatfield in a seemingly random manner. However, all together, the mix of new and old, straightforward and bold demonstrates what a wonderful canvas Dunk is.

Enjoy official images of the pair ahead, and expect the Nike SNKRS launch by the end of 2022.
