Nike’s Sportswear business has implemented a plethora of inline themes for its roster of silhouettes to enjoy throughout the year, with the newest slate spray-painting its midfoot Checks onto the numerous models. The Beaverton-based brand’s 40th anniversary model will be the next to feature the stenciled Swoosh, after the Nike Air Max Plus 3, Dunk Low, and Air Max 90.
Expanding its repertoire of “Triple-White” iterations, this colorway covers the whole shape in clean white leathers and mesh, while rare black accents grace the “NIKE AIR” lettering on the tongue and heel. On its primary panel, a spray-painted dark grey Swoosh appears slightly below a resized jet-black check, while the medial side displays a grey tumbled leather emblem. In addition, a little amount of paint residue is present at the lone unit’s conclusion.
We predict the release date for the Nike Air Force 1 “Spray Paint” to be within the next several weeks. Enjoy official photographs of the couple in the interim.
This Christmas season, Drake’s “Certified Lover Boy” Air Force 1 Low will release with more 40th anniversary silhouettes.
