Delays have plagued shoe launches over the previous two years, making it impossible to provide a firm release date. In Nike’s case, holidays are particularly difficult, since shoes like the Dunk Low “St. Patrick’s Day” and Air Force 1 “Year of the Tiger” have been out of stock for nearly a month. The Dunk Low “Halloween,” which is set to release on April 1st, is also a little late — or, rather, a few months early.
The colorway utilises iconic Halloween characteristics as a proactive method of getting into the mood. The Swoosh, as well as the lining and tongue, are dressed in orange, while the leather overlays across the toe, profile, and heel are darkened in black. In addition to referencing the darkness, the latter fittings camouflage the eyeballs, which are painted all over in almost invisible ink. The base is then presented in a conventional white neutral, matching the midsole but not the underfoot glow-in-the-dark outsole.
See below for a peek at the Nike Dunk Low “Halloween” and our Store List. These are presently scheduled to arrive at select stores on April 1st, in both adult and GS sizes.
In other news, the Air Jordan 11 Midnight Navy will be available for purchase on Black Friday.
